Meet Pablo Andino, a bilingual dispatcher. Pablo enjoys providing good customer service and helping customers – especially Spanish speakers – receive the customer service they deserve. Pablo and his family moved to North Carolina in 2014 in search of four seasons – and some snow! They love spending time together, and exploring our local scenery.
How long have you been here, and how did you get to Stevenson-Weir Southern?
I’ve been here since October 2020. A former employee provided me with Stevenson-Weir contact, Jeremy in Denver.
What’s your favorite part of the job?
Having a set work schedule and the team I get to work with.

Translating for customers

Hopefully that I’m a great co-worker and I provide excellent customer service.
What most excites you about your work & the contribution you can make?
I enjoy being able to provide good customer service and help bilingual speakers (Spanish) receive the customer service they deserve.
What advice would you give a new employee or coworker?
Show up to work on time, be responsible, and do your best in your position. Everything else will fall in its place.
What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?
With my family hopefully enjoying some type of beautiful scenery.

The first time I ever saw snow was when I moved to North Carolina in 2014, it was the first time I had ever left Florida. The four seasons and snow drew our attention to the Carolinas and my family has loved it here ever since.
